Returns Policy

✔ Eligible for Return or Replacement

Returns or replacements may be approved under the following circumstances:

  • Manufacturing defects or workmanship issues.
  • Incorrect product delivered.
  • Wrong size, color, material, or design compared to the approved order.
  • Product quality significantly different from the approved production sample.
  • Products damaged during transportation (must be reported immediately with supporting evidence).

Shipping & Return Costs

    • Orders can only be canceled before production starts

    • Once production is initiated, cancellation is not possible

    • Advance payments may not be refundable after raw material procurement
